About me

I am a postdoctoral researcher in the PreMeDICaL Inria-Inserm team with Julie Josse. My current research focuses on missing data and synthetic data generation. Previously, I completed my PhD in Applied Mathematics at Inria and Université Côte d’Azur, under the supervision of Charles Bouveyron and Marco Corneli, funded by the 3IA. During my PhD, my research primarily focused model-based clustering methods for dynamic bipartite networks, with applications in pharmacovigilance.

My research interests include:

  • Network analysis: stochastic block models (SBM), latent block model (LBM)
  • Clustering: model-based clustering, mixture models
  • Missing data: imputation methods, synthetic data generation
  • Applications in medicine
  • Heterogeneous data
  • Time series analysis
